A preparatory meeting was held on 28^th February with Provincial Planning Commission (PPC) Koshi team and experts engaged in preparation of second periodic plan at Biratnagar. The meeting emphasized the importance of adopting a regional perspective and exploring various economic models to address the development needs of the province.
