NIURS conducted a study on Road Maintenace in Nepal in collaboration with Roads Board Nepal. The study included a quick review of historical evolution of the concept of road maintenance in general, description of current practices, the institutional arrangement and mandate of RBN, key issues and constraints for effective delivery of services, and ways to address these issues objectively
