NIURS in Birat Expo 2022: Thematic Session: Overall Investment Policy Environment of Province 1

‘Birat Expo 2079 Agro-Industrial International Exhibition’ organized by Chamber of Industries Morang (CIM) hosted series of thematic sessions and showcased various stalls and pavilions. The first technical session titled “Overall Context and Environment for Investment in Province 1” was led by Nepal Institute for Urban and Regional Studies (NIURS) on 16^th Dec, 2022. Dr. Jagadish Chandra Pokharel, the chairman of NIURS presented on the theme and the panelists Mr. Suyash Pyakurel (President, CIM), Shanta Koirala, (Managing director, Kanchanjunga Tea State and Research Centre), Dr. Bhesh Prasad Dhamala (Economist) shared their remarks as panelist. Participants actively participated in the discussion session followed. The session was attended by a diverse group of audiences which included representatives from the Province 1 government institutions, academicians, industrialists, young entrepreneurs,  students from management background, etc.
