A Two-Day OCA session at NIURS

A two-day orientation and assessment session on Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) was conducted at NIURS on May 16th and 17^th, facilitated by Ms. Ratna Tandukar and Mr. Prakash Pokharel from The Asia Foundation (TAF). The objective of the event was to enhance the broader understanding, knowledge and skill on OCA and its process, assess the organization capacity on governance parameter and develop the action plan based on the findings. The sessions concluded with enthusiastic participation from NIURS’ board members and staff, resulting in a productive output.
