Dr. Jagadish Chandra Pokharel, Chair of NIURS moderated a session organized by RUPSON on the occasion of World City Day and Town Planning Day 2023, at DUDBC Hall. The panels included Mohanmaya Bhandari (Dhakal) (Mayor of Birendranagar Municipality), Shanti Ratna Shakya (Mayor of Banepa Municipality), Dr. Gopi Krishna Khanal, Er.  Narayan Prasad Bhandari (S.E.), Er. Krishna Sapkota and Ar. Jharana Joshi.

The highlight of the event was the presence of Hon’ble Minister Sita Gurung, Ministry of Urban Development as chief guest and special guest hon’ble Dr. Ramesh Chandra Poudel, member of National Planning Commission.
