Engaging Karnali Province Assembly Members on Strengthening Disaster Risk Reduction and Management

NIURS convened a presentation and interactive exchange with Provincial Assembly Members of Karnali Province on the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Roadmap and briefing notes, developed in support of UNDP under the SUPER Project. The session witnessed strong and active participation, with members engaging in constructive discussions throughout the program. Notably, women assembly members highlighted the usefulness of the discussion, particularly in enhancing their understanding of DRRM issues and their role in advancing inclusive, risk-informed policies at the provincial level.
